This annual event is the Foundation's main fundraiser which helps to ensure continued education programs and support to the Chicago Midwest Chapter of NASF.

Golfers $150 | Lunch Only $40
Golfers fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, box lunch and dinner reception.
